At Mustafayi Perfumes, we are committed to providing you with the finest products and services. However, if you wish to cancel or request a refund on your order, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure your satisfaction.
Our Policy Outlines the Following:
- (a) When you may return products purchased from us, subject to a valid reason.
- (b) Under what conditions a refund may be obtained for products you purchased.
- (c) Conditions under which you may cancel orders for products within a specified timeframe.
While we strive to facilitate returns, refunds, and cancellations, some restrictions may apply due to business, legal, or contractual obligations. Specific products may have individual return, refund, or cancellation policies (“Guidelines”), which will take precedence over this general policy.
What Items Can Be Returned and When?
You may return products if:
- (a) The product is faulty or defective (e.g., damaged or leaked attar bottle, non-working electric Bakhoor burner).
- (b) You received an item different from what you ordered.
- (c) The product looks different from its appearance on our website.
- (d) The product delivered does not match the size you ordered.
- (e) You are not satisfied with the Mustafayi Perfumes attar range you received.
Note: For any faulty delivery issues (e.g., stolen product, damaged item, empty package), an unboxing video of the package is required for the complaint to be entertained by our customer care team.
What Products Cannot Be Returned?
- (a) Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled.
- (b) Branded items where the seal is broken, unless we offer compensation.
- (c) Consumable products with broken seals (e.g., Imported Products and Beard massage oil).
- (d) Large items, such as caps in bulk, large wooden decor, wall hangings.
- (e) Custom-made products, like caps, Bakhoor, wooden decor, jubbah, abayas, bishts, etc.
- (f) Incorrectly sized caps.
- (g) Products bought on sale or discount.
Conditions for Returning Products
- (a) Items must be in their original condition with any bills, tags, labels, etc.
- (b) Products must be unsoiled and in original form.
- (c) Brand packaging must be intact.
- (d) Replacements are subject to product availability on the website.
Refund Eligibility
To raise a dispute, please contact us on WhatsApp at +917977771776. Your message should include the product name/image, order ID, and a detailed description of your concern within 3 days of receiving the item. Disputes raised after 3 days will be handled at the discretion of Mustafayi Perfumes, and you must send the product back within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
- (a) Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
- (b) Custom orders (e.g., jubbah, handmade caps, abayas, bishts, wooden decor) cannot be canceled.
- (c) If a product has not been dispatched, we may cancel it upon your request.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or if the item is out of stock.
